    Your BBF can assist in the getting ready festivities by-

    -steaming dresses

    -keeping the getting ready area clean

    -making food & drink runs (if paid for by in advance).

    *BBF’s are in no way professionals and will not be held responsible for applying makeup or styling hair*

  • Day-of Decorating (Wedding): Starting at $1,700.00

    -discussion of the theme/style/design for the wedding

    -set-up of decor and personal items

    -breakdown of decor and personal items

    *Any communication with/booking of vendors, & creating timelines are NOT INCLUDED in this package.*

  • “3 Month” Day-Of Coordination (Wedding): Starting at $2,250.00

    -scheduled meetings

    -unlimited contact during wedding week

    -discussion and development of the theme/style/design for the wedding -management/communication with all vendors

    -ONE visit to venue prior to Wedding Day

    -create/provide a detailed timeline for vendors & wedding party

    -day of coordination/supervision from set-up, until the end of the reception

  • “6 Month” Day-Of Coordination (Wedding): Starting at $2,750.00

    -scheduled meetings

    -unlimited contact during wedding week

    -discussion and development of the theme/style/design for the wedding

    -inquiring and booking vendors on clients behalf (if needed)

    -management/communication with all vendors

    -1-2 visits to venue prior to Wedding Day

    -create/provide a detailed timeline for vendors & wedding party

    -day of coordination/supervision from set-up, until the end of the reception

  • Full Service Planning (Small event): Starting at $1,700.00

    *Parties, Showers, and more!

    -unlimited meetings & phone calls

    -unlimited contact during event week

    -discussion and development of the theme/style/design for the event

    -inquiring and booking vendors on clients behalf

    -management/communication with all vendors

    -1-2 visits to venue prior to the event

    -create/provide a detailed timeline for vendors & clients

    -day of coordination/supervision from set-up, until the end of the event

  • Additional Fees

    *Travel Fees:

    Under 100 miles, to cover tolls $50-$100

    $150 for 100+ miles

    $225 for 150+ miles

    $300 for 200+ miles

    Late Booking Fee:

    ** If you book 3 months out or less from your event there will be a late booking fee added of $250.00 **

    ** We do destination/long distance travel upon discussion and further agreement with client. **
